- Door Keys, Garage/Gate Remotes, Mailbox keys, Common Area FOB’s, etc..
- Landlord Homeowner Insurance Information: Company Name, Policy Number, Phone, and Email.
- Home Warranty Information: If applicable.. Company Name, Policy Number, and Website Login.
- Homeowner Association Information: Company Name, Phone, Email and Policy Number.
- Voided Check or Bank Document showing your Routing/Account number for Electronic Payments.
- Current Tenant Lease Documents, Contact Info, and Security Deposits via check or EFT.
